A two-day practical workshop covering assessment and treatment of joint-related pain and movement limitations using passive and active joint mobilisation across the whole body. The course integrates pain neuroscience, 3D joint biomechanics, objective physical testing (including dynamometry and algometry), case discussions and home self-mobilisation strategies.
