About this course
An online, self‑paced module recognised by the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) that provides exercise prescriptions and practitioner notes covering beginner and intermediate hip and gluteal exercises and the Otago falls prevention programme. Learners complete multiple‑choice questionnaires and receive immediate confirmation of CEC completion. Online learning is limited to 3 CECs per year (maximum 9 over three years).
